We walked through the door and fell in love with charm and warmth of this 1920's Key West style house. Unlike many houses of this period, which are small, it is the perfect size for our family of five and the many friends one has when they find out you have a home in Florida! Just kidding...we love to entertain so our home is always full of fun and laughter.

We believe the first owner was a carpenter at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach who salvaged the Cypress ceiling from the Hotel to install in the house.The cabana and master bedroom were added by the last owners. Our renovations started with the essentials - plumbing and electrical were updated, central air conditioning was installed and the original mosaic floor in the dining room was cleaned.

Our current project is the garden which, unfortunately, has been badly affected by this winter's cold spell. However, Mike and I love the garden so we will be redesigning and replanting.
